Landor & Associates research firm predicts mobile phones in 2009 will carry a more user-friendly technology. Products from Nokia and RIM's Blackberry iPhone will be a tight competition.
"Apple will continue in the future, but there will be fierce resistance from Nokia, hit back at iPhone and strengthening distribution channels," analysts said Landor Luke Mansfield trends in its annual outlook report.
